Shipping and Tracking
Purchases are shipped to you using Express Post Eparcel via Australia Post at a flat rate of $12.50 Australia wide or free of charge for pickup from store. Once the goods are despatched you may track the Eparcel by calling Australia Post on 13 13 18 or visit their website. http://auspost.com.au/track/ - Click "Consignment number (Eparcel only)”
All orders will be despatched on a daily basis during week days Monday to Fridays. If you are not at the delivery address, the delivery person will leave a calling card which then can be taken to the nearest post office for collection of your purchase.
Insurance Cost: $2 for every $100 + GST
eg. Total order = $95 Insurance cost = $2 + GST)
This will be calculated and charged accordingly if transit insurance is selected during checkout.
We strongly recommend transit insurance as this covers you for complete cover should the items be damaged or lost in transit.
Customers who choose not to pay the insurance will not be covered.

To save yourself the cost of shipping and Insurance you may choose to pick up the goods during trading hours at:

( Opposite the Post Office on George Street Entrance )
For your convenience we are open 7 days a week except Good Friday and Christmas day. You may also call (02) 9824 1077 prior to pickup to confirm availability. For "Pickup" purchases you may choose to pay Cash, Eftpos, or Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard). Surcharge applies if choosing to pay via American Express. You may also pay online and bring your proof of payment for pickup. This will then be verified at the time of pickup.
